This Escort came in part exchange at my work for a 54-plate Kia Picanto. It had been owned by the older couple since it was around 6 months old, and had only done 45k miles, with pretty much full service history. I went home in it a few times, and did consider trying to find it a new home myself. My boss considered putting it on the pitch for a short while, but as we’re massively overstocked it ended up going to an auction in Manchester, where it had spent most of it’s life. I think it sold for around £300 (which is more than I thought it would fetch at auction, even with it’s history), so hopefully it’s found a good home.
