The fauna at the Galapagos Islands can be unbelievably docile, so much that at times you wonder if they have been trained to be friendly and playful.
One of my most rewarding wildlife moment happened during this 6 day trip to the Galapagos while I was snorkeling. During my exploration, I was embraced by a pack of tiny baby sea lions who not only escorted me through their coral reef, but, as we swam, they would gently nibble my snorkeling flippers and touch my googles with their little snouts. Next time I will be equipped with an underwater housing for my cameras to capture this sublime moment!
