How to Keep a Guy Interested – Don’t Bore Him to Death

Are you really good at getting a guy to come over and talk to you, but you don’t know how to keep that guy interested in sticking around longer? Do you think you make a pretty good first impression, but apparently your second impression isn’t all that hot? Would you like to know what you’re doing wrong and find a real way of making it right so you keep a guy interested in you for real?

Most women will put all the emphasis on one aspect of their being while completely ignoring other important factors. Here’s what you need to remember if you’re going to keep that guy interested in you for long.

Looking Hot

When it comes to keeping a guy interested, most women stop there. They look hot, they got him to look at them and they think that’s all there is to it. Strangely enough, when they do lose the interest of that guy, they never figure it was because something might have been lacking.

Cozy Conversation: Though men do love to look at a pretty girl, if she then goes on to show that she has little or nothing to say, he can get bored mighty fast. Keep a guy interested by having plenty of things to say. No, your day at the mall and your afternoon at the hair salon don’t count.

You want to be interesting and intelligent, but you want to avoid getting too bogged down with boring details as you run on and on about your tedious day.

How Predictable are You?

Every time he calls you’re there, eager and anxious to see him again. Every day at six o’clock sharp you call him to ask how his day went and what he’s doing that night. Every week end, you call fifteen times a day to see if he has any time to spend with you.

Not only is this annoying in all it’s persistence, but it is excruciatingly predictable. Don’t be the girl he can read from a mile away. Surprise him. Throw him a twist. Be busy Friday night and tell him you’ll see him some other time. And for heaven’s sake, stop calling him so often.

Fun on a Date

So you’ve seen the movies, you’ve gone to the beach and you made it to the annual summer carnival… now what? You don’t really know what to do with him, but you want to show him a good time. With all of this planning you have to do, you start to feel stressed, tired and by the time the date comes up, you’re cranking and irritable.

The degree of fun you have on a date is only somewhat dependent on the activity itself. To a large extent it’s your attitude throughout that’s going to determine whether it was a fun date or not.

Be Positive: No matter what you’re doing, be happy, upbeat and fun to be around. The funnest carnival in the world is going to seem lame if you’re sulking the whole way through, but even the dullest circus can leave him with great memories if you’re fun, lively and optimistic no matter how things turn out.

Keeping a guy interested means keeping on your toes, but you can have a lot of fun with it as well, so let loose and enjoy yourself.
