Kelsey and Tim’s wedding day had what some call a “lucky” rain. Kelsey and the girls started out at their townhouse getting hair and make-up and onto the church for finishing touches and into her dress.. Saint Julie Billiart was a beautiful back-drop for the Ceremony. Then onto the magnificent Ruffled Feathers where the room looked magical! A fantastic time was had by all!
